About The Position

The position builds customer loyalty through digital and in-store interactions, personalized service, and expertise in bra fitting. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process as well as ongoing fashion and product training. The role also supports department readiness and may require occasional flexibility to assist other departments.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holiday or event shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms by measuring customers and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital sales, including the use of tools such as text and social media.
• Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through training provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally support other departments.
