The commissary creates fresh juices and smoothies, gourmet sandwiches and wraps, salads, hearty soups, entrees, and an array of baked goods, with options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo diets. The role offers several shifts that end well before midnight, making it suitable for those not passionate about traditional restaurant kitchen hours. It also provides a challenging and fun environment for culinary arts students to build signed hours for certification.
