Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of culinary training preferred
  • Dietary Healthcare background is a plus.
  • Hospitality training and/or Culinary Arts training are preferred.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift 50 LBS.
  • The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and team oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Patient tray preparation, food preparation, and serving meals.
  • Putting away inventory, managing stock rotation, dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen clean-up.
  • Responsible for the preparation of menu items, assisting in the development of menu items, maintaining a safe and clean environment and being attentive to patient needs.
