About The Position

Ring's End, Inc. is hiring a full-time Commercial Truck Driver to deliver building materials throughout Northern Fairfield County and parts of Western New Haven County. The role involves driving independently along a designated route and representing the company at customer locations. Drivers deliver materials on time, check in with clients about their service experience, address concerns, and handle materials carefully during loading and unloading. They also ensure deliveries reach the correct destinations, maintain current paperwork, and keep vehicles and equipment in good condition while following safe driving practices.

Requirements

• CDL Class B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Comply with safety and Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
• Product knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting heavy items and/or using a forklift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organization and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials on time along a designated route.
