About The Position

Pomp’s is seeking a Commercial Tire Salesperson to help build and maintain its client base for tire products and support sales operations. The role involves developing customer relationships, finding new customers, selling tires through phone, email, and social media, and helping customers choose appropriate products. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment driver’s file review.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Sales experience in the tire industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Identify and connect with potential new customers to expand the client base.
• Sell tires through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right tires for their needs.
• Engage with a diverse range of sales leads and customer types.
• Travel overnight occasionally, as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support sales operations.
