About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Commercial Tire Salesperson to support daily operations and build and maintain a strong client base for its tire products. The role contributes to developing effective sales strategies and includes engaging existing and prospective customers, selling tires through multiple channels, and advising customers on product selection. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment driver’s file check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in the tire industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Identify and connect with potential new customers to expand the client base.
• Sell tires through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right tires for their needs.
• Engage with a diverse range of sales leads and customer types.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support sales operations.
