About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Tire Counter Salesperson to serve as the first point of contact for store customers. The role guides customers through the tire purchasing process, recommends products and services, and helps provide a seamless customer experience while supporting daily store operations.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to assess and address customers’ tire and service needs effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience in commercial tire services.
• Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting tires based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide recommendations on available services and products.
• Assist with inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the manager to support daily operations.
