About The Position

Pomp’s is seeking a Tire Service Salesperson to support daily operations by selling services and products to commercial and retail customers and assisting assigned store locations with office tasks. The role includes managing tire accounts, supporting the Service Manager, and providing professional, exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment driver’s file review.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in commercial and retail tire sales and service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating prices and discounts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial and retail tire market, including tire sizes, applications, and servicing techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell services and products to commercial and retail customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and service commercial and retail tire accounts.
• Support assigned store locations with office duties as needed.
• Assist the Service Manager with various tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
