About The Position

dormakaba is seeking a Commercial Technology & Revenue Operations Leader for North America, based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). Reporting to a Senior Vice President, this strategic leader will oversee and optimize the technology platforms that support our commercial organization. They will own the full commercial technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and related systems, ensuring these tools enable our sales and customer experience teams to operate efficiently, make data driven decisions, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The Commercial Technology & Revenue Operations Leader will act as a critical bridge between the commercial organization and IT, partnering across sales, marketing, customer experience, and global technology teams. They will modernize our tech stack, advance automation, strengthen data governance, transform revenue operations into a competitive advantage, and unlock AI-driven insights to fuel commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing CRM or commercial technology platform teams
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), and ERP implementations (SAP)
  • Experience implementing master data management strategies and ensuring CCPA/GDPR compliance maintaining data integrity across systems
  • Experience working with commercial technologies such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), call center platforms (CCaaS, Nice CXOne), customer portals, and knowledge base tools

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience, particularly S/4HANA, or other enterprise ERP platforms
  • Experience driving workflow automation, AI-enabled insights, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Background in manufacturing or complex B2B commercial environments
  • Experience supporting large sales organizations with diverse processes across regions or business segments
  • Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the commercial technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and related platforms, supporting the sales and customer experience teams
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to modernize and harmonize the commercial tech stack, driving efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Oversee CRM architecture, integrations, and lifecycle management, including connections to enterprise systems
  • Drive workflow automation, AI-enabled insights, and process improvements to enhance commercial productivity and customer engagement
  • Establish strong data governance and master data management to ensure a reliable single source of truth across commercial systems
  • Lead and develop the CRM administration and commercial platform support teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration
