About The Position

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join the team. Commercial Roofers are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial roofing systems, including different types of low-slope roofing systems. The role involves working outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions, meeting the physical demands of the position, and communicating effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other employees.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience is preferred; applicants at all experience levels are considered.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Acceptable background check per company standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Ability to handle at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Safely operate tools of the trade, including hand tools and power tools.
• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory requirements relating to job-site safety, and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions and perform tasks requiring mobility.
• Climb and work on ladders.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
