About The Position

Eskola, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead Foremen and field crews in delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing installations across multiple job sites. The role is full time and in person, Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.

Eskola, LLC has installed commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern United States since 1972. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading Foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA-30 hour certification.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills.
• Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing supervision experience.
• Specialized training in crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.
• Bilingual fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality installation.
• Coach and develop Foremen, conduct performance reviews, and recommend advancement.
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout projects.
