Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent
About The Position
Eskola, LLC is hiring a Superintendent to lead foremen and field crews delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing and waterproofing installations across job sites. The company has installed commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. The Superintendent oversees field staff, visits job sites daily to ensure safety and quality, develops foremen, coordinates materials, equipment, and subcontractors across active jobs, and serves as a customer point of contact throughout projects. Compensation is based on experience.
Requirements
- Experience leading foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects.
- OSHA 30-hour card.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual fluency.
- CDL.
- Specialized training in crane, forklift, man lift, rigging, or CERTA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field staff and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality.
- Coach and develop foremen, conduct performance reviews, and recommend advancement.
- Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project.
