About The Position

Eskola, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead Foremen and field crews delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing installations across multiple job sites. The role involves daily site visits and oversight of field operations, along with coaching and developing Foremen, coordinating project resources, and serving as a customer contact. The position is full-time and in person, Monday through Friday, with compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading Foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA-30 hour certification.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills.
• Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing supervision experience.
• Specialized training such as crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA training.
• Bilingual fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality installation.
• Coach and develop Foremen, conduct performance reviews, and recommend advancement.
• Manage materials and equipment and coordinate subcontractors across active jobs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout projects.
