About The Position

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join the team. Commercial Roofers are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial roofing systems. The role involves working outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions and meeting the position’s physical demands, including climbing and working on ladders and handling at least 50 pounds. The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience is preferred; candidates at all experience levels are considered.
Reliable form of transportation.
Acceptable background check according to company standards.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Ability to handle at least 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.

At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience.

Responsibilities

Install commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply systems, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
Operate roofing trade tools safely, including hand tools and power tools.
Follow OSHA and other applicable regulatory agencies’ job-site safety requirements and demonstrate safe work practices.
Work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions and perform tasks requiring mobility and physical effort.
Climb and operate on ladders and handle at least 50 pounds.
Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Maintain, repair, and install commercial roofing systems.
