Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactional law.
- Admitted to the Florida bar in good standing.
- Corporate and real estate transactional experience.
- Commitment to top quality client service.
- Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
