Real Estate Transactions Associate Attorney
About The Position
The New York, NY office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Real Estate Practice. The ideal candidate will have one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions involving commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction transactions, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and financings. Admission to the New York Bar is required. Lewis Brisbois’ Real Estate Practice comprises attorneys who regularly handle complex transactions on behalf of a broad array of clients, including developers, owners and operators, investors, financial institutions, private investment funds, REITs, and public agencies, as well as national, regional, and local retailers, restaurant groups, landlords, and tenants.
Requirements
- One (1) to seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience in commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction transactions, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and financings.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
