About The Position
Offit Kurman is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney at the counsel or junior partner level to join its Los Angeles or Century City office. The firm focuses on serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. The attorney will work in a real estate practice that advises buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, and lenders on matters involving commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide. The role involves sophisticated commercial real estate work, leading transactions, managing closings, and serving as a primary client contact. Anticipated base salary is $220,000–$300,000, with likely annual hours of 1,700.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience.
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development matters, and complex contract negotiations.
- Experience leading transactions, managing closings, and serving as a primary client contact.
