About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager for our location in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves applying project management skills to bid estimates, material pricing, vendor negotiation, change order preparation, job site meetings, progress verification, labor projections, project status discussions with management, turnover meetings, customer follow-up, and managing projects in conjunction with designers and construction superintendents.

Requirements

Experience with plumbing related projects.
Knowledge of plumbing codes.
Basic understanding of design.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review preliminary design and calculations for bid estimates.
Review pricing for materials, labor, freight, and fabrication.
Seek out competitive vendors and services to ensure competitive bidding.
Prepare change orders for customers.
Attend jobsite meetings.
Verify installation progress.
Maintain labor projections.
Meet with management regularly to discuss project status and due dates.
Participate in turnover meetings as required.
Assist with follow-up information requested by the customer.
Manage projects in conjunction with the designer and construction superintendent.
