Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, financial operations, accounting, or aviation fuel environments
- Experience supporting aviation fuel, energy, or commodity‑based businesses
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups)
- Experience working with Oracle or similar financial systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or similar analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update aviation fuel posted prices, price lists, and fees across the Americas
- Review pricing data for accuracy and consistency across systems
- Calculate applicable taxes and coordinate with internal tax teams to ensure correct system entry
- Produce and review pricing and aging reports, following up on discrepancies as needed
- Partner with suppliers to keep pricing information current and accurate
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Credit, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams to support commercial activity
- Help identify and improve pricing and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
