Commercial Operations Coordinator

NTS CapitalLouisville, KY

About The Position

At NTS, our Commercial & Healthcare teams work behind the scenes to keep properties operating smoothly and tenants well supported. We're looking for a highly organized, service-minded Commercial Operations Coordinator to help keep maintenance requests, engineering activity, and day-to-day property operations moving. You'll serve as an important connection between tenants, property managers, engineers, vendors, and operational leadership—helping ensure requests are handled efficiently and with the level of service our tenants expect. If you're someone who notices the details, stays calm when priorities shift, and doesn't like letting things fall through the cracks, this could be a great fit.
