About The Position

As a performance-driven Commercial Loan Officer (Lender) in Carthage, Missouri, you will deliver loan solutions that grow customer relationships while managing risk. The role originates, structures, underwrites, prices, documents, and services commercial and consumer credit, while expanding the bank’s portfolio through disciplined sales activity. The position is onsite and follows a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a Saturday rotation from 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. The bank describes the role as offering recognition and rewards tied to measurable results.

Requirements

3–5 years of sales experience.
Strong credit and industry risk analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Originate, structure, underwrite, price, document, and service commercial and consumer credit.
Develop new business by calling on prospects and existing customers.
Build referral networks.

Partner with collections on past-due credits.
