About The Position

As a performance-driven Commercial Loan Officer (Lender) in Carthage, Missouri, you will deliver high-impact loan solutions that grow relationships and manage risk. The role is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, pricing, documenting, and servicing commercial and consumer credit while expanding the bank’s portfolio through disciplined sales activity. The bank was founded in 1979 and is the largest locally owned community bank in Southwest Missouri. It has 11 full-service branches, a home loan center, and more than 40 ATMs.

Requirements

3–5 years of sales experience; preferably 2 years of banking experience as well.
Strong credit and industry risk analysis skills.
Negotiation skills and disciplined documentation practices.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite.
Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a Saturday rotation, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
