About The Position

Stevens & Lee is seeking a skilled, upper-level associate with 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on litigation, including courtroom experience and deposition practice (taking and defending). The firm is looking for highly motivated, growth-oriented individuals with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Requirements

• 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware
• Licensed to practice law in Delaware
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work individually and in teams
