Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, preferably within an independent agency.
Familiarity with the South Carolina market is essential.
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice To Haves

Experience in North Carolina and Georgia is a plus.
Proficiency in Zywave and QQ Catalyst software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of commercial clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
Handle all aspects of service work for acquired accounts.
Leverage knowledge of the South Carolina market to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal account managers and coordinators to ensure seamless client service.
Utilize software tools such as Zywave and QQ Catalyst to manage accounts and streamline processes.
