Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required for commercial lines.
Minimum of 1+ years of commercial lines insurance knowledge.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Nice To Haves

Preferred 3+ years of commercial sales experience.
Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
Candidates with experience in middle-market accounts or niche verticals are highly desirable.
Captive insurance experience is also considered.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a book of business from scratch, focusing on middle-market and above accounts (preferably $50,000 in premium and up).
Develop and maintain a robust referral network and centers of influence to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless quoting and renewal processes, assisting as needed.
Leverage your expertise in commercial lines insurance to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Actively contribute to the team-oriented and collaborative culture of the organization.
