About The Position

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producers and Junior Commercial Producers to join a growing insurance agency. This opportunity offers a collaborative and supportive environment with the resources, carrier relationships, and operational support needed to help producers build and grow a successful commercial book of business.

Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong business development skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Adaptable, coachable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
Some travel may be required based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect for and develop new commercial insurance business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted insurance advisor.
Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial business.
Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and product knowledge.
