Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist
About The Position
The Commercial Lines Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses insurance options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. The role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. An active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience are required, including prior commercial insurance experience. The position is remote in Iowa. Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with more than 100 locations across the country. It specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals and has direct appointments with many major insurance markets. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Insurance experience required.
- Prior commercial insurance experience required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, verbally and in writing, with customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects; leads are provided.
- Quote and sell policies.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
- Document contact opportunities appropriately.
- Act professionally and balance a sales mindset with a service mindset.
- Build relationships with customers and consult with them to meet their insurance needs.
