About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. You will work closely with three Commercial Lines Account Managers and a Virtual Assistant to ensure seamless operations. This is a high-priority position.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in a commercial or insurance-related environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software; candidates without a personal computer will be provided one, with the expectation of timely setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage ID cards and certificates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide back-end administrative support to three Commercial Lines Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with a Virtual Assistant to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support the team’s operations.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the commercial team.
