About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in personal and/or commercial lines of insurance who is looking to grow within a supportive and tight-knit company.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance preferred
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts, including standard personal lines policies
• Handle endorsements and process policy changes
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
