Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle routine tasks such as: Issuing ID cards Updating auto and home policies
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members for renewals and new business
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
