About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic insurance team. This role supports client service, policy administration, and day-to-day commercial lines account needs while contributing to a collaborative and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Prior commercial lines insurance experience preferred.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial lines clients with policy-related questions, service requests, and account updates.
  • Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records within agency management software.
  • Assist with reviewing policies, proposals, and coverage documents for accuracy.
  • Support team members in meeting service standards and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and provide proactive client support.
