Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A coaching mindset with a focus on team development and growth.
Strong ownership and follow-through on tasks and commitments.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support their growth and development.
Uphold the company’s values by fostering a team-first environment and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Ensure timely and thorough follow-through on client and team commitments.
Handle challenging client conversations and tight renewal cycles with professionalism and composure.
