Commercial Lines Underwriter
About The Position
FCCI is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter for their dynamic Florida-Georgia Regional team. This role will assist in the acquisition and retention of profitable commercial lines customers by adhering to sound underwriting principles and company policy. The Underwriter will collaborate with assigned agents to achieve profitability and production goals through guideline adherence, relationship building, and managing the pricing and underwriting of an assigned territory. The job level will be determined by the candidate's commercial underwriting experience. Strong commercial lines underwriting experience and established agency relationships in Florida are preferred. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring presence in the Sarasota, FL or Lake Mary, FL office with the flexibility of up to two remote days per week. Remote work within Florida may be considered for candidates outside the Sarasota or Lake Mary areas.
