About The Position
A large independent insurance agency is adding to the Commercial Lines team! This role is ideal for an Account Manager looking to join a top-rated and collaborative agency that offers a variety of products and services backed by phenomenal customer service ratings.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years commercial account management experience - servicing small, medium, and large transport fleets
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other insurance software
Nice To Haves
- Experience with transportation accounts
Responsibilities
- Service small, medium, and large transport fleets
- Prepare and submit applications with underwriting information provided by producers.
- Follow up with markets to obtain quotations.
- Build strong client relationships through a positive approach, building trust and professionalism.
- Process marketing renewals, certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
- Promptly handle requests for information and documentation.
