About The Position

We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Healthcare team. You’ll work closely with an experienced group of professionals, focusing on exceptional client service and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key.

Requirements

RIBO License required
At least 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in our Markham office)

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Healthcare risks and/or Subscription policies are an asset
experience with EPIC is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, prompt support to clients, handling coverage inquiries and requests.
Prepare and review key documents, including proposals, renewal packages, certificates, and policies.
Process transactions, endorsements, and invoices with precision and accuracy.
Analyze client coverage needs, exposures, and loss history to ensure proper risk management.
Collaborate with the team to market specific coverages and resolve client issues efficiently.
