The Commercial Assistant Account Manager provides support to the Commercial Lines Account Manager and Producer/Account Executive in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts. This role involves preparing renewal documents, assisting with submissions to the marketing department or incumbent carriers, and following up on renewal quotes. The Associate Account Manager will also prepare renewal proposals, perform renewal procedures, and handle the entire renewal process for smaller accounts under guidance. Additionally, the role includes updating direct bill screens, checking and transmitting policies, maintaining tasks, processing endorsements and final audits, issuing binders and certificates, ordering loss runs, and obtaining premium finance agreement quotes. The position also requires staying informed about industry changes and trends through participation in seminars and classes.
