About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lease Administrator. The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking the full lifecycle of commercial lease transactions, from initial deal entry through lease execution and system integration. This role ensures accuracy and consistency across all lease data within Yardi Deal Manager and Yardi Voyager, while proactively driving deals forward by coordinating LOI and lease revisions with internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports asset management through detailed reporting and performance tracking, contributing to efficient deal execution, strong portfolio visibility, and overall operational.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal administrative, paralegal, or transaction coordination role
  • Direct experience in commercial real estate, preferably industrial or logistics assets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with document management systems and virtual data rooms, including Box
  • Yardi Voyager – emphasis on lease functions (REQUIRED)
  • Experience working with commercial leases, with a high emphasis on NNN leases

  • Yardi Deal Manager preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and track deal terms in Yardi Deal Manager from LOI through execution
  • Monitor deal pipeline and proactively drive transactions to completion
  • Manage transition of executed leases into Yardi Voyager, ensuring data accuracy
  • Track and check changes to LOI and Leases and push process
  • Prepare bi-weekly reporting for President to include: # of active deals per property, # of completed deals, # of leases drafted, # of leases executed, Average time lead to deal competition
  • Provide assistance to the Legal Department, as needed
