We’re looking for a Vendor Leasing Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision. This role is central to supporting our sales organization—owning the leasing process from front-end approvals to back-end execution while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity. What You’ll Do You’ll be the operational backbone of our leasing process, partnering closely with sales, finance, and leasing partners to keep deals moving forward. Coordinate credit approvals and deal structuring with sales teams Liaise with leasing companies to negotiate rate concessions, payoffs, and document changes Partner with booking teams to ensure accurate deal processing and payoff details Conduct bid reviews to confirm approvals, rates, and conditions are aligned Perform deal verification and adjustments , including commission corrections Prepare hold harmless agreements and other critical documentation Manage follow-ups with customers and reps for returns, authorizations (RA’s), and end-of-term activity Negotiate and support back-end purchase arrangements with leasing partners Coordinate equipment pickups, lease returns, storage agreements, and billing What You Bring This role requires someone who is both analytical and highly organized, with a strong sense of accountability.
