Job Summary: The Lease Administrator is responsible for administering and enforcing key lease‑related compliance functions with a primary focus on estoppel certificates, subordination non‑disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs), landlord reimbursement collections, and insurance certificate compliance. This role ensures accurate lease interpretation, timely execution of transaction‑related requests, and consistent protection of the company’s contractual and financial interests, while supporting essential lease administration and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and prepare legal documents. Success in this role requires excellent communication, proficiency in lease administration systems, and the ability to build effective relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders.
