The Commercial Loan Administrator plays a key role in the ongoing administration, monitoring, and operational support of Securityplus Federal Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio. This position helps ensure commercial loans are properly documented, boarded, maintained, reviewed, and monitored throughout the life of the loan in accordance with policy, regulatory expectations, and sound credit administration practices. The Commercial Loan Administrator works collaboratively with lending, operations, finance, risk management, third-party vendors, and other internal partners to support asset quality, maintain file integrity, resolve post-closing and servicing issues, and ensure accurate portfolio reporting and audit readiness. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of commercial loan administration in a collaborative, member-obsessed environment.
