About The Position
General Parts Group is hiring experienced commercial kitchen service technicians in the Milwaukee area. Technicians service and repair restaurant and other commercial foodservice equipment at customer locations, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens. The role may focus on commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or both. The posting offers hourly pay up to $50.00+ based on experience and a sign-on bonus of up to $7,000 for experienced candidates. A company vehicle and steady commercial service work are also offered. General Parts supports technicians pursuing CFESA training certifications and provides career growth opportunities for skilled technicians.
Requirements
- Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA certification is required for refrigeration technicians.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
Nice To Haves
- CFESA training certifications are encouraged; the posting notes that many technicians hold a Master Certification designation.
Responsibilities
