About The Position

The AC Hero & Plumbing Solutions is growing its commercial plumbing team across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber. The role involves diagnosing commercial plumbing problems, completing repairs, and delivering quality installations for customers. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities as needed. Compensation starts at $35 per hour, based on experience, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License.
• At least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong commercial service, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform commercial plumbing service, maintenance, and installations.
• Read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Prepare repair estimates and document completed work.
• Ensure work meets applicable plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide professional, dependable customer service.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
