Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with proven experience in people leadership and managing a team of comparable size.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (will be provided within the first two months if not already obtained).
Must be highly tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.
Strong attention to detail, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Must be available to work in-office at least three days per week to provide stability and support to the team.
A genuine interest in the insurance industry and the value it provides to clients.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 8 employees, including Account Managers, Senior Client Managers, and Client Executives.
Oversee a diversified book of business (~$500k in revenue) across industries such as healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and life sciences.
Provide direct client-facing services while coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their professional goals.
Ensure team accountability and maintain a collaborative, problem-solving work environment.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Actively contribute to the agency’s growth and success by fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
