About The Position
Join Advantixx Insurance as a Commercial Insurance Producer in Henderson and help local businesses protect their operations, people, and growth. Build a commercial-lines book of business through prospecting, risk discovery, carrier collaboration, and long-term client relationship management.
Requirements
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it promptly.
- Strong consultative selling, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial insurance, B2B sales, banking, payroll, benefits, or business-development experience is preferred.
- Existing community relationships are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop prospects through referrals, networking, community outreach, and disciplined outbound activity.
- Conduct discovery meetings and gather complete underwriting information.
- Coordinate submissions, proposals, and coverage comparisons with agency and carrier partners.
- Present solutions clearly, close new business, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- Support renewals, cross-selling, retention, and stewardship for commercial clients.
- Follow licensing, documentation, privacy, and carrier requirements.
