About The Position

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll build relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs, and develop insurance solutions that fit. You'll educate clients on what HUB offers, maintain a high standard of client service, and collaborate with teammates to grow awareness of the business and bring in new opportunities. This is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity working out of our Calgary-Fisher branch location.

Requirements

• Level 2 Insurance License is required.
• Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
• Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.

Nice To Haves

• University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred, although we are willing to train those with less.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
• Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
