About The Position

The Commercial Account Advisor is required to develop new business relationships and insurance solutions for prospects & clients along with other available products to prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients of the organization’s insurance offerings and maintaining a high skill level with client relations. The Commercial Account Executive will also work with others in the organization to raise awareness of company offerings and initiate new business opportunities. This is a Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Calgary - Fisher St branch location.

Requirements

Level 2 Insurance License is required.
Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial insurance is required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.

Nice To Haves

University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
Willing to train those with less experience.
