Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred
- Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors
- Manage accounts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 in size, with an average book of $1 million
- Handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal)
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs
