About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Risk Advisor to join a growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those who have worked on complex, large open-market accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a book of business that leans heavily towards real estate accounts, requiring a generalist approach. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work environment.

Requirements

3–5 years in a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role.
Experience with large, complex real estate accounts and LRO is required.
Applied Epic experience is mandatory.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business focused on large, complex real estate accounts (multi-line, multi-location), with account sizes of $500,000+.
Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support to ensure seamless client service.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
