Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance within an agency setting
- Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
- Generalist experience with a variety of account types
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide general servicing and administrative support for commercial lines accounts
- Manage and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Assist with chasing down necessary documents and maintaining accurate records
- Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
