Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience required with a re-seller, vendor or distributor
  • Call center (inside sales) experience required
  • 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of both software licensing and hardware products
  • Enthusiastic learning ability with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for increasing Softchoice revenue and managing FM by managing an award winning team of phone-based Sales Representatives.
  • Focus is to drive hardware, software and services business by helping the team position Softchoice's unique value proposition to potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute against a strong daily/weekly/monthly management process
  • Performance management through joint calls, face-to-face coaching, sales strategies, and when necessary, formal performance improvement planning - either directly or through Supervisors
  • Maintain an outstanding level of customer service through hiring, coaching and developing a world-class team of phone-based Sales Representatives
  • Act as a go-to on escalations for internal and external customers to continually improve customer experience
  • Work closely with field-based Sales teams on strategy, customer touch (frequency), sales gap closure
  • Work with Marketing and Training departments to develop and execute against Sales Representative engagement and development programs
  • Work with management team on developing sales plans on a yearly basis
  • Stay updated on product and industry knowledge and act as an expert for direct reports
  • Tightly manage a 30-, 60- and 90-day forecast and pipeline
  • Analyze reports and KPI’s to identify business trends
